This tortilla is specially made for frying. It is a “single layer” tortilla, meaning that it will not bubble up when frying. It can be used to make flautas or cut up to make tortilla chips. We carry a thin (6oz/doz) variety as well as a thicker (8oz/doz) option. We can also modify thickness per request.
